Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed (TCA or VA only). We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. 

By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is flawed (TCA or VA only).  We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@terryhoagevineyards.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed (TCA or VA only) product.

If the original shipment was damaged or flawed (TCA or VA only), you will receive replacement wine of the same vintage if available and  a full refund of return shipping. Please contact the tasting room at 805-238-2083 for return instructions.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled or refused orders as well as all shipping charges incurred.
