Tasting Notes

If you were an Englishman, you might believe you were at a sweet baccy smoke shop. Fancy that, and we aren’t telling any porkies. There is sweet plum, cherry confitures and a little of Nana’s face powder (pinched off her dressing table), along with caramel candies (pinched from Gramp’s pocket), baking spices, mint and a racy acidity on the finish lasting forever and a day. Don’t throw a wobbler if you don’t get much of this limited production. 90% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 220 cases produced.
