OH LA LA!! This year’s 46 is better than a great find on Rue LA LA!! Bold and aggressive when first opened, but after a good airing this wine shows amazing finesse and depth. Displaying intense dark and red fruit up front with menthol, dark Valrhona chocolate, and a bit of smokey beef. Long beautiful finish. Becomes utterly smooth and delicious by the end of the bottle, so better open two, or just don’t share. Finer than a new pair of Jimmy Choo’s. 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah, 475 cases produced.
