This aging chart is mainly based on recommedations by Robert Parker and Wine Spectator, with a few of our own predictions added in. Our wines tend to be more fruit-forward and thus have the potential to last much longer than anticipated. Only time will tell! For our vineyard, the 2004, 2006 and 2008 vintages produced wines that are more approachable and can be enjoyed in their younger years.

When aging wines, the ideal temperature for storage is cellar temperature, which is a consistent 55 degrees F. If storing wines at varied temperatures or at temperatures greater than 70 degrees F, the ageability of the wine may be shortened.
